Yes, today is my birthday. Turning 59. It has been a perfect day. Doing the three things I love doing.

1. Birding on Manu road with crippling views of Black-capped Tinamou, Rufous-crested Coquette and Wire-crested Thorntail.

2. A short but intense 5k run with hillsprints

3. and finally a bit of singing for the small bird photography group I am guiding on the Manu road.

On July 31st it is my daughter Anahi's 10th Birthday.
